Advancement to a VIP level depends on your regular and active participation on ace75. ace75 reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time. Membership may be cancelled in the event of misuse of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace75 platform and if any of them occur, the account may be closed and applicable legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing coupon codes.
• Hacking, manipulating or using any technical exploit on gaming software.
• Playing unfairly through collusion or secret arrangements with other members.
• Conducting activities using another member's identity.

If any dispute or complaint arises between ace75 and a member, the following process will be followed:

2. Second step: If the matter is not resolved through live chat, submit it in writing by email. ace75 will respond within 7 business days.
3. ace75 server logs and game records will be considered the most reliable evidence.
4. ace75's final decision will apply in all disputes.

The ace75 website, logo, designs, graphics, content and software are the intellectual property of ace75. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using, reproducing or distributing any ace75 content, trademark or logo without permission.
• Reverse engineering or modifying ace75 software or the platform.
• Scraping or automatically collecting data from any part of the ace75 website.
